Jim's Story

For Jim, his wife Margaret’s cancer diagnosis changed everything. When doctors said she would lose an eye, the uncertainty was overwhelming, but he stood by her side, determined to face it together. “We’re a team,” Jim says. “We’re into the worst part of it, but we’re still a team.” As a caregiver, Jim’s world shifted. He took on new responsibilities, from cooking and driving, to filling in wherever Margaret needed support.
